以往,有关等离子喷涂CrO_3-8%TiO_2 涂层厚度与涂层性能关系的报道较少,为此,通过优化工艺参数,在45钢表面等离子喷涂不同厚度(350,450,550μm)的Cr_2O_3-8%TiO_2涂层,研究了涂层厚度与其结合强度、硬度和孔隙率之间的关系.涂层厚度为350,450,550μm时,结合强度分别为29.2,11.5,7.2 MPa,显微硬度分别为2 528,2 190,1 930 HV;孔隙率分别为3.80%,3.95%,4.45%.结果表明,随Cr_2O_3-8%TiO_2 喷涂层厚度的增加,涂层的结合强度减小,孔隙率增加,造成显微硬度降低.
A series of Cr_2O_3-8% TiO_2 coatings with different thickness (350,450,550μm) were prepared on 45 steel substrate by plasma spraying under optimized parametens. The correlation among the thickness and properties of the ooatings were investigated. Results indicate that the plasma sprayed ceramic coatings with a thickness of 350, 450μm and 550μm have a bonding strength of 29.2, 11.5 MPa and 7.2 MPa, a micro-hardness of 2 528, 2 190 HV and 1 930 HV, and a porosity of 3.80 %, 3.95 % and 4.45 %. This means that the porosity of the plasma sprayed ceramic coatings increases with increasing thickness, while the bonding strength and microhardness of the coatings decrease therewith.
