用电化学方法研究了纯钛、钴铬和镍铬合金在人工唾液中的耐腐蚀性,采用SPSS11.0软件对数据进行单因素方差分析。结果显示,1h的开路电位值为纯钛〈镍铬〈钴铬;自腐蚀电位为纯钛〈镍铬〈钴铬;腐蚀电流密度为镍铬〉钻铬〉纯钛;极化电阻为纯钛〉钴铬〉镍铬。三者的开路电位、自腐蚀电位和腐蚀电流密度均具有统计学差异;纯钛与镍铬、纯钛与钻铬的极化电阻之间具有统计学差异(p〈0.05),而镍铬与钴铬的极化电阻没有统计学差异(p〉0.05)。三种材料在人工唾液中均具有良好的耐腐蚀特性,它们的耐蚀性顺序是纯钛〉钴铬合金〉镍铬合金。
The corrosion resistance of commercially pure Ti (cp Ti), CoCr alloy and NiCr alloy in artificial saliva (AS) was studied by electrochemical methods. One-way ANOVA with SPSS 11.0 software package was used for statistical analysis. The results show that the order of Eocp was cp Ti G NiCr G CoCr,the order of Ecorr was cp Ti〈NiCr 〈CoCr, the order of Jcorr was cp Ti GCoCr GNiCr , the order of Rp was cp Ti GCoCr GNiCr. The Eocp, Ecorr and Jcorr were statistical significance among them (p〈0. 05). The Rp of cp Ti was significantly higher than that of CoCr and NiCr (p〈0. 05), the Rp of CoCr was higher than that of NiCr but not significant (p〉 0. 05). The results suggested that the cp Ti, CoCr and NiCr alloys showed a great corrosion resistance.
