在Gleeble-1500热模拟试验机上进行拉伸试验,研究了20CrMnTi齿轮钢的高温塑性及变形断裂机理.结果表明,20CrMnTi钢在熔点~1 350℃和975~600℃温度区间塑性较差,1350~1000℃温度范围内塑性得到改善.晶界滑移是γ单相区低温域塑性恶化的主要原因,γ+α两相区的脆化主要由γ晶界有先共析铁素体析出引起的.
