采用溶胶-凝胶自燃烧法制备了CoFe2-xYxO4 (x=0,0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4,0.5)铁氧体纳米粉末体,进行了500 ℃热处理.采用VSM测试了其比饱和磁化强度,根据比饱和磁化强度(σs)与总磁化强度(Ms)的关系计算了Y3+掺杂对晶格中由B位迁移到A位的Co2+物质的量的值(y);随着Y3+掺杂量的增加,迁移的Co2+的物质的量先增加后减少.并用Mssbauer谱技术进行了佐证,根据拟合的数据分析了Y3+掺杂后晶体中A位和B位的Fe3+的迁移规律;讨论了A位和B位的峰面积比值.
