本文通过对我厂生产的40Cr钢在试验中力学性能不达标进行原因分析，从而找到操作中存在的问题，并浅析了工艺对组织、性能的影响机理。
In order to find out the inadequacy in the operation thorough analyzed the reason why the 40Cr steel our factory produced could not pass the mechanical capability standard test. Furthermore, simply analyzed how the technology affects the structure and function.
