高硼铁基合金是一种新型耐磨材料。硼、碳分别是决定硼化物和基体的重要元素,其含量对组织和性能起决定作用。采用正交实验法研究了硼的质量分数为1.5%~2.5%、碳的质量分数为0.2%~0.5%时高硼铁基合金组织的变化及其对硬度和冲击韧度的影响,为此类材料的研究提供了基础。

High boron ironbased alloy(HBIA) is a kind of new wearresistant material. Boron and carbon are the important elements that can decide boride and matrix respectively, and their contents affect the microstructure and properties of the HBIA greatly.An orthogonal experiment was adopted to study microstructure, hardness and impact toughness of the HBIA with boron content in the range of 1.5%~2.5% and carbon content 0.2%~0.5%.
