研究了Li2O和K2O 2种碱金属氧化物对Na2O-B2O3-Al2O3-SiO2基础陶瓷结合剂性能的影响.结果表明:添加Li2O、K2O后,结合剂的玻璃转化温度和耐火度降低,结合剂的高温流动性和玻化程度得到显著改善,结合剂的热膨胀系数有所增大,且含Li2O结合剂的热膨胀系数更小.结合剂的强度随着Li2O、K2O含量的增大先升高后降低,并在添加量为6%和4%(质量分数,下同)时分别达到最大.
