为研究冷热循环老化对变频调速电机电磁线绝缘电性能的影响,通过对电磁线进行冷热循环试验,测试分析了冷热循环次数对电磁线绝缘电性能的影响规律。结果表明:电磁线试样的介质损耗因数(tanδ)、电阻(R)、电容(C)随冷热循环次数的增加而有所减小,击穿电压随循环次数的增加而变化不明显。tanδ随着电压的增大而减小,可能是由于该绝缘材料具有非线性效应。

To study the effect of thermal-cooling cycle aging on the electrical properties of electromagnetic wire insulation for inverter-fed traction motor, the effect of thermal-cooling cycle times on the electrical properties of the electromagnetic wire insulation was analyzed by thermal-cooling cycle experiment. The results show that the dielectric dissipation factor(tanδ), resistance(R) and capacitance(C) decrease with the increase of cycle times, and the breakdown voltage changes little with the increase of cycle times. The tanδ decreases with the increase of voltage, this may be because the insulating materials have nonlinear effect.
