利用废铅膏为原料,采用脱硫、浸出、碳化的湿法工艺制备了超细碳酸铅。碳酸铅为斜方晶体,粒径在0.5~5μm。采用TG-DSC、XRD、SEM对碳酸铅的热分解机理进行研究,结果表明碳酸铅的失重与理论计算相符,整个热处理过程分4个阶段,产物分别是PbCO3.2PbO、α-PbO、Pb3O4和β-PbO。产物PbO为均匀的球形,粒径〈0.5μm。

Lead carbonate was prepared from lead paste in spent lead acid battery with the hydrometallurgy process includes desulphurization,leaching,carbonation.The decomposition of lead carbonate was studied in inert atmospheres using differential thermal analysis and thermogravimetry(TG-DSC),scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and X-ray powder diffraction(XRD).The graphs SEM show the product was hexaganal crystal and the size ranges from 0.5 to 5 μm.The four steps for thermal decomposition of lead carbonate yielded PbCO3·2PbO,α-PbO,Pb3O4,and β-PbO respectively,consistent with curve of TG-DSC.The shape of lead oxide was spheric and its diameter less than 0.5μm.
