针对加热炉各段炉温决策时相互关联的特点,研发了一种带有前馈修正的炉温智能模糊控制器,它将加热炉钢温在线预示模型在各控制点的输出与钢温离线优化模型给出的钢温设定的偏差作为主模糊控制器的输入,同时将加热炉前段控制点的钢温信号作为主控制器的修正信息,对主模糊控制器的模糊输出进行决策修正。前馈信号的引入使炉温控制具有超前决策功能,提高了智能程度。模拟仿真结果表明,这种控制器对炉子的动态过程具有良好的控制品质。
Due to the characteristics of the interrelation of furnace temperature decision for every zone of reheating furnace, a furnace temperature intelligent fuzzy controller with feedforward correction is researched. Every control point′s outputs of the reheating furnace steel temperature online predicting model and steel temperature setting errors of steel temperature offline optimization model are taken as the main fuzzy controller′s input. Furthermore, the steel temperature signal of the reheating furnace′s feedforward section′s control points is taken as the main fuzzy controller′s correction message and it will correct the main fuzzy controller′s fuzzy outputs. The use of feedforward signal makes the furnace temperature control have the leading decision function and improve the degree of intelligence. The simulation results show that this controller is suited for the dynamic process and has upstanding control quality.
