针对充填用玻璃离子水门汀(Glass ionomer cement,GIC)机械强度不足的问题,选取SiO2-Al2O3-CaF2-CaO-P2O5体系,用溶胶凝胶法(sol-gel)制备玻璃粉,以市售GIC为对照,抗压强度为指标,优化配方、煅烧温度、粉液比并用乙酸处理来提高GIC机械性能,并测试GIC的抗压强度、维氏硬度和净固化时间,用XRD表征并做粒径分析,所得数据用单因素方差分析.以配方2.3SiO2-2.2Al2O3-0.5CaO-0.5CaF2-0.08P2O5,750℃煅烧,1.5%乙酸处理后酸处理组GIC抗压强度(粉液比1∶1)为148.04 MPa,相较于自制组(111.59 MPa)和市售组(102.54 MPa)分别提高了12.65%和44.37% (P <0.05);维氏硬度38.11 MPa,相较于自制组(33.83 MPa)提高了12.65% (P <0.05)并与市售组(41.63 MPa)相比较无显著性差异(P >0.05);XRD显示市售、自制及酸处理三组玻璃粉相似均呈无定形态,90%粒径分另分布在26.02 μm、29.80 μm和14.62μm以下,净固化时间分别为3,24″、3,23″和5,49″,均满足临床要求.提示通过优化配方、煅烧温度、粉液比及用乙酸处理sol-gel制备的GIC粉剂能有效提高GIC的机械学性能.
