高级检索

综述了ZnO-Pr6O11(ZnPrO)基压敏电阻在制备技术、显微组织和掺杂影响等领域的研究进展,指出烧结温度高、显微组织不均匀和掺杂的影响未被完全揭示是本研究领域的主要不足.开展液相烧结技术、引入颗粒第二相使显微组织均匀化和探索低成本非稀土掺杂是ZnPrO基压敏电阻研究领域的主要发展方向.
