采用固相反应法制备金红石结构(Ni1/3Nb2/3)1-xTixO2 (NNTO)(0.3≤x≤0.5)微波介质陶瓷,通过XRD、SEM、网络分析仪和激光拉曼光谱研究了组分变化对NNTO陶瓷显微结构、晶体结构和介电性能的影响.研究结果表明,随着x值减小,NNTO陶瓷气孔率和平均孔径增大.Ni2+、Nb5+含量增大将导致钛氧八面体畸变程度增大,晶胞体积增大,振动键能增强.在两者影响因素的共同作用下,NNTO陶瓷介电常数减小,品质因数增大,谐振频率温度系数降低.当Ni、Nb的取代量的摩尔含量为0.3 mol时,经过1150℃,2h的烧结,所获得的NNTO陶瓷样品具有优异的微波介电性能:占r=69,Q×f=17431 GHz,τf=77 ppm/℃.
