通过沉淀法制备碳酸铝按超细粉体均匀包襄的氧化铝粉体,煅烧后,继令其与纳米二氧化硅按一定比例球磨混合,预烧,添加适当的粘结剂和造孔剂,再经捏合、陈腐、挤出成型、烘坯、烧结,制备膜支撑体.结果表明,二氧化硅加入-1为12%(质童分数)、1550℃烧结所得的膜支撑体综合性能较好:纯水通童为22.2 m3 /(M2·h) ;爆破压力为3.40MPa,开孔率为40.21;经10%(质量分数)HZ SO;或5%(质童分数)NaOH于100℃下浸渍36h后,爆破压力仍分别为2.67和2.89MPa,表明它还具有良好的耐酸碱性能.
