将纳米TiO2胶体直接吸附包覆在磁性Fe3O4表面制备了Fe3O4/TiO2纳米磁性复合材料,采用XRD、XPS、SEM、FT-IR和磁性材料综合物性测量系统(PPMS)等对复合材料的结构和性能进行了表征.结果表明:该复合材料的最佳制备条件为搅拌时间2h,搅拌转速350 r·min-1;由于静电作用,纳米TiO2对磁性Fe3O4具有良好的包覆效果,所得复合材料粒子为球形颗粒,且具有良好的单分散性,平均粒径约为56 nm,复合材料的饱和磁化强度为3.5 A·m2 ·kg-1,矫顽力为1 750 A·m-1.
