采用XRD、DSC和拉伸试验机对热轧和冷轧Ni47Ti44Nb9形状记忆合金板材的织构、相变、拉伸和恢复性能进行研究,以便为提高Ni47Ti44Nb9合金的性能提供参考依据.结果表明:热轧板材中的{001}áuv0-和γ丝织构较强,冷轧板材的织构主要为γ丝;850 ℃退火冷轧板材的Ms点低于热轧板材的,且热滞明显提高;沿850 ℃退火板材轧向(RD),应力诱发马氏体临界应力σM最高,与轧向成45-角方向最低,且冷轧板材的应力诱发马氏体临界应力高于热轧板材的;850℃退火冷轧板沿不同方向可恢复应变基本接近,热轧板材存在差异,沿横向(TD)和45-角方向高于冷轧板材.
