本文以SnCl2·2H2O为原料,Na2S·9H2O、TAA为沉淀剂,采用直接沉淀法和均匀沉淀法制备SnS纳米粉体.对所得样品用XRD、EDS、SEM分析手段进行了表征,初步探讨了热处理对粉体结构性能的影响,并对两种制备方法作了简要的比较.结果表明两种方法得到的样品均为斜方晶体结构的多晶SnS粉体;采用直接沉淀法合成的粉体平均粒径为20nm,且粒度分布十分均匀;采用均匀沉淀法合成的粉体平均粒径为40nm,粉体中的S和Sn原子更接近化学计量比1:1,品质更好.
