研究了以聚丙烯(PP)为基质,聚苯乙烯(PS)为改性组分的PP/PS共混体系,其为热力学不相容体系,但通过选择合适的原料,共混 体系可以获得较好的工艺相容性。纺丝和牵伸实验表明,共混改性树脂的可纺性良好,改性 纤维的物理力学性能、挺刮性有明显提高。

In PP/PS blend, PP is matrix and PS is mo dified component. PP/PS blend is thermodynamically incompatible system, but the blend can gain good technological consistency by choosing proper additive PS. The research results of spinning and drawing show that the spinnability of PP/PS blends is good(dpf<1) and the physicomechanical properties of the fiber have been improved significantly.
