研究了A3钢在V2O5+Na2SO4中700℃下的高温腐蚀 行为.结果表明,A3钢在V2O5+Na2SO4中腐蚀特别严重尤其当Na2SO4含量为15 mass%时腐蚀最为严重.A3的腐蚀是氧化膜形成和溶解的循环过程,在含有Na2SO4的 熔盐中,基体/氧化物界面上的硫化进一步加速了腐蚀.
High temperature corrosion behavior of A3 ste el was studied in V2O5+Na2SO4 at 700℃.The results indicated that severe corrosion of A3 steel occurred in V2O5+Na2SO4 at 700℃~850℃ and max imal corrosion rate was found in 85 mass% V2O5+15 mass%Na2SO4.The corros ion mechanisms were discussed.
