采用高速球磨工艺制备了纳米Al2O3-N,N-二甲基乙酰胺悬浮液,研究了球磨时间、磨球大小以及球料比等球磨工艺参数对纳米Al2O3悬浮液稳定性的影响,通过沉降实验对悬浮液的稳定性进行定量表征,并利用透射电镜观察悬浮液中纳米Al2O3的分散状态.结果表明:当球磨时间为4个单位球磨时间,磨球直径为1 mm,球料比为7:1时,制备的纳米Al2O3-N,N-二甲基乙酰胺悬浮液稳定性良好.

A nano-Al2O3-N,N-Dimethylacetamide suspension was prepared by ball-milling technology. The effects of ball-milling time, diameter of grinding ball, and the ratio of ball to material on the stability of the nano-Al2O3 suspension were studied. The stability of the nano-Al2O3 suspensions were characterized quantitatively by sedimentation experiments, and the dispersion state of the nano-Al2O3 in suspension was observed by TEM. The results show that when the ball-milling time is four unit ball-milling time, the diameter of grinding ball is 1 mm, and the ratio of ball to material is 7:1, the prepared nano-Al2O3-N, N-dimethylacetamide suspension has good dispersion stability.
