本文研究了合金碳化物M_(23)C_6和金属间化合物x相对Cr-Mn-N奥氏体不锈钢应力腐蚀性能的影响。结果指出,在4NNaCl溶液中,上述两种沉淀相对钢的自然腐蚀电位和不同电位下的断裂时间影响明显,而在45%MgCl_2溶液中,两种沉淀相的影响甚微。从断裂机制上对两种沉淀相的影响进行了讨论。
The effect of M_(23)C_6 and intermetallic compound x-phase on the stress corrosion cracking behavior of a Cr-Mn-N austenitic stainless steel was studied in 4N NaCl and 45% MgCl_2 solutions. The results showed that the two precipitates had a pronounced influence on open circuit potential and the time to failure at various applied potentials in 4N NaCl solution while they had little effect in the 45% MgCl_2 solution. The different effects of these two precipitates in above mentioned solutions were related to different failure mechanisms.
