在具有壳核结构的尼龙6(PA6)/马来酸酐接枝三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM-g-MA)/高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)三元共混物中,通过非等温结晶、连续自成核退火(SSA)等方法研究了HDPE相的结晶行为.研究结果表明,PA6/EPDM-g-MA/HDPE共混物形成了以PA6为基体、EPDM-g-MA为壳、HDPE为核的壳核包覆结构;相比于纯HDPE,在非等温结晶过程中PA6/EPDM-g-MA/HDPE共混物中HDPE组分在102℃附近出现了1个新的放热峰,SSA结果表明,这是由于共混物中HDPE和EPDM-g-MA分子链间发生共晶现象而导致HDPE组分结晶完善程度降低的结果.
