对PAN基静电纺纳米纤维毡进行了预氧化和碳化研究.通过热重分析仪、电子万能试验机、场发射电镜、傅立叶变换红外-拉曼光谱仪、X衍射仪等分析手段对纳米纤维毡、预氧化纤维毡和碳纤维毡进行了表征,研究了热处理过程中聚丙烯腈纳米纤维毡的失重、力学性能变化和结构变化等.
The PAN is electrospun to nanofiber mat, and the mat is stabilized and carbonized in order to get carbon nanofiber mat Thermogravimetric analyzer, electronic universal testing machine, field emission-scanning electron microscope, infrared spectrometer and X-ray diffraction meter are employed to characterize the nanofiber mat, the stabilized nanofiber mat and carbonized nanofiber mat Based on the above characterization, weight loss and changes of mechanical properties and structural changes during thermal treatment process are discussed.
