二硅化钼室温脆性、低高温强度以及低温"pesting"现象限制了其实际应用,采用复合化和合金化方式可以改善其强度和韧性.评述了各种增强体对二硅化钼材料低高温氧化行为的影响和二硅化钼作为防氧化涂层时的高温抗氧化性能,在此基础上指出了今后二硅化钼及其复合材料氧化行为的研究重点和方向.
