根据铟-锑系的电动势数据,并结合相图,算出了InSb(s)的生成自由能,根据计算结果及一些假设,反轉来计算铟-锑系中的活度,所得结果与电动势数据颇为符合。对锡-碲系也进行了从SnTe(s)的生成自由能求锡-碲熔液中活度的计算。本文所用方法在一定条件下可望推广到其他具有金属间化合物的二元系。
The systems In-Sb and Sn-Te are similar to each other in that both contain a compound of definite composition and no range of solid solution. These two systems have been investigated by various authors by emf measurements on cells represented by In(1)
