通过硬度测量和TEM分析的方法研究了电场对2E12铝合金时效硬化曲线和微观组织的影响.采用硬度测试作出2E12铝合金的时效硬化曲线,并用透射电镜检测其微观组织.时效硬化曲线分析显示:电场可使到达时效峰值的时间提前,但是电场也会使时效的硬度峰值降低.透射电镜测试显示:电场时效后T相变小,并且S'相更加细小.电场降低了时效激活能使到达时效峰值硬度的时间减少.正电场降低了S'相的形核功,促进S'相的形核,并且S'相更加细小,说明电场一方面能够促进S'相的形核,另一方面也能抑制其长大和粗化.
