壬基酚与辛基酚是典型的内分泌干扰物,应用广泛,且具有较强的亲脂性与生物蓄积性,可通过食物链进人生物体并导致各种生物毒性作用.全面了解这些毒性作用,有助于临床上相关疾病的预防与治疗.本文对近年来壬基酚与辛基酚的污染现状与毒性的研究进展进行了综述,对二者未来的研究方向进行了展望.
Nonylphenol and octylphenol are typical endocrine disrupting chemicals,which can intrude upon organism through food chain and lead to biological toxicity due to their lipophilicities and high bioaccumulation potentials.Fully understanding the toxicity of these compounds is helpful to guide the prevention and treatment of the related clinical diseases.This article aims to review the recent researches on the pollution status and toxicity of nonylphenol and octylphenol,and the outlook on the future research directions is discussed.
