本文研发了利用二氧化碳(CO2)为碳源的双膜曝气式氢基质生物膜反应器(MBfR),并系统研究了CO2分压对出水硝酸盐、pH和朗格利尔系数(LSI)的影响,建立了数学模型预测系统最适CO2分压从而对实际工况运行具有指导意义.对双膜曝气MBfR长期运行的稳定性进行了考察,反应器CO2分压设置为0.05 MPa时,反应器内的pH值控制良好,出水效果稳定,硝酸盐去除率达99%以上.
A new hydrogen-based hollow fiber membrane biofilm reactor (MBfR) using CO2 for pH control and as carbon source was developed in this work.Systematic research was conducted to investigate the MBfR performance including effluent nitrate,pH and Langelier Saturation Index (LSI) under different CO2 pressure.A mathematical model was built up to predict optimal CO2 pressure before the project was carried out.Long-term performance of the new MBfR was also evaluated.When CO2 was delivered at 0.05 MPa,99% nitrate was removed with a constant neutral pH in the reactor.
