探讨了零价铝(ZVAl)在不同pH(1.0—3.0,8.0—12.0)条件下对于典型偶氮染料酸性橙7(AO7)的直接还原脱色效果,实验表明,ZVAl酸性和碱性条件下对于AO7表现出不同的还原脱色性能.与酸性条件相比( pH =1.0时,240 min内AO7还原脱色率17%),ZVAl在碱性条件下对于AO7的还原脱色效果优良,而且不需要诱导时间,甚至能够在pH =12.0时,60 min内还原脱色AO7达72.3%;在碳酸钠缓冲溶液中,ZVAl能够更加有效地还原脱色AO7,在pH =12.0时,60 min内可以还原脱色AO7达到97%.
Effect of pH ( 1. 0—3. 0, 8. 0—12. 0 ) on directly reductive decolorization of Acid Orange 7 (AO7), a typical azo dye, under anaerobic condition by zero?valent aluminum (ZVAl) was investigated. The results show that ZVAl had different effects under acidic and alkaline condition on reductive decolorization of AO7. Compared with acidic conditions (17%at pH=1.0 at 240 min), ZVAl under alkaline condition reductively decolorized AO7 more effectively (72.3% at pH 12.0 at 60 min ) , and the reaction did not need any induction time. Especially in carbonate buffered solution, ZVAl reductively decolorized AO7 up to 97% at pH 12.0 in 60 min.
