研究了兽药磺胺二甲基嘧啶在水相中的光降解行为以及在氙灯光照条件下,水体中不同浓度水平NO-3、NO-2和NH+4等形态的无机氮对磺胺二甲嘧啶光解的影响,模拟研究了由于水体pE值发生变化导致无机氮形态发生转化过程中所引起的磺胺二甲嘧啶光解速率的变化。结果表明,硝酸根对磺胺二甲嘧啶光降解起促进作用,亚硝酸根起抑制作用,铵根几乎没有影响。当环境pE值逐渐增加时,无机氮的形态经历了由NH+4到NO-2,再到NO-3的变化,相应地,磺胺二甲嘧啶的光降解速率常数先减小后增大。 NH+4和NO-2共存或者NO-3和NO-2共存都会在磺胺二甲嘧啶光降解反应中产生一定的拮抗作用。
Batch photo?degradation experiments were performed under xenon lamp irradiation, in order to evaluate the photo?degradation performance of sulfamethazine and the effect of inorganic nitrogen in water such as NO-3 , NO-2 and NH+4 . Simulation was carried out to evaluate the influence on the photodegradation of sulfamethazine by the pE value of water that determined the form of inorganic nitrogen. The results showed that nitrate accelerated the photo?degradation rate whereas nitrite inhibited it, and ammonium had little effect on it. Along with the increase of pE value,nitrogen form changed from NH+4 to NO-2 or NO-3 . And the photo?degradation rate of sulfamethazine decreased at the beginning and increased afterwards. The experiments showed that when NO-3 coexisted with NO-2 , or NH+4 coexisted with NO-2 , There was an obvious antagonistic effect on the photodegradation of sulfamethazine.
