以低浓度工业钛液水解所制的偏钛酸为原料,采用L27(313)正交试验考察盐处理剂加量(锌盐、钾盐、磷盐)和煅烧段最高温度的正交交互作用影响,并进行金红石型钛白粉制备过程中盐处理煅烧工艺正交优化试验,检测所得样品的消色力、蓝相、亮度和粒度,并用SEM、TEM对煅烧样品进行表征.最佳盐处理煅烧条件为:锌盐加量0.30%,钾盐加量0.60%,磷盐加量0.12%,煅烧段最高段温度850℃.该条件下,所得金红石型钛白粉样品的消色力、蓝相、亮度值分别为1713、3.07、96.88,粒度为0.28 μm.盐处理剂之间、盐处理剂与煅烧强度之间存在着不同程度的交互影响.
