针对钢液中气泡粘附去除夹杂物的问题,采用水模拟试验对气泡粘附去除夹杂物的机理进行研究.通过高速摄像机和图像处理软件监测气泡粘附去除夹杂物的过程,考察气泡直径、夹杂物直径和接触角等因素对气泡粘附去除夹杂物的影响规律.结果表明:气泡粘附夹杂物上浮是去除钢液中夹杂物的一种有效方式.该方式分为气泡向夹杂物靠近;气泡与夹杂物发生碰撞并粘附;夹杂物在气泡底部处于不断振荡摆动的动态稳定状态等3个过程.气泡尺寸越小,夹杂物尺寸和接触角越大,粘附速度越大.底吹流量恒定时,减小气泡尺寸可有效提高气泡粘附去除夹杂物效率.
