肖特基结太阳能电池因其结构简单、制备方便、成本低廉而受到广泛关注。石墨烯材料具有优异的物理性能以及原料来源丰富、制备成本低,可替代传统的IT O 用于制备基于石墨烯的肖特基结太阳能电池。综述了现阶段基于石墨烯肖特基结太阳能电池的研究进展,探讨和分析了不同类型石墨烯肖特基结太阳能电池的性能以及在应用中存在的问题,为后续开展石墨烯肖特基结太阳能电池的研究与应用提供借鉴。

Schottky Junction solar cell has attracted more and more attention ,because of its simple structure , easinessof preparation and low cost .Graphene ,with the property of excellent physical performance ,abundant natural resources and low preparation cost ,has become a candidate to replace the traditional IT O for the Schott‐ky Junction solar cell .In this paper ,we reviewed the progress of Schottky Junction solar cells based on gra‐phene ,and discuss the problems in the practical applications .It provides a powerful tool to research potential applications of graphene in Schottky Junction solar cells in future .
