料浆流变特性是影响管道输送的重要因素,其流变参数是进行料浆管道输送阻力分析的重要指标.针对金川矿山充填材料的复杂多变性,开展了多种混合充填料浆流变特性研究和管输阻力因素分析.首先,简要介绍了金川矿山充填料浆管道输送的环管试验系统及检测技术;然后,概述了金川矿山充填料浆环管试验的部分研究成果.通过分析不同条件下的充填料浆管道输送试验成果,揭示了多种混合充填骨料粒径级配、料浆浓度、管道流速和水灰比对管输阻力的影响规律.最后,给出棒磨砂集料的高浓度充填料浆优化配比,为金川矿山安全、高效和高浓度充填法采矿奠定了基础.

The rheological properties of the slurry is a significant characteristic of slurry flow resistance along line,also is a key factor affecting the computation of flow resistance along line Considering the complicated variety of filling aggregates used in Jinchuan mine, the rheological properties of the slurry and flow resistance along line are studied Firstly, The round-pipe-test system and test technology of pipeline transportation to filling slurry is introduced in this paper;Then partial test results are given;By analyzing the test results under considering different effect factors, the relation between the flow resistance along line and particle size and gradation of filling materials, concentration of the slurry, flow velocity and water cement ratio were revealed In the end the ratio of the optimization of the filling pulp with high concentration is given which laid a solid foundation for safety and high efficiency filling mining with high-concentration.
