在最佳条件下(TiCl3-0.15mol/L NaCl饱和溶液,170℃,4h,含N添加剂/Ti摩尔比1/10)用水热法尝试在玻璃基板上制备薄膜.SEM和XRD技术表征结果说明,加尿素添加剂制备了完美的TiO2薄膜,它由TiO2纳米棒阵列而成,TiO2晶体为金红石型.
