论文以硝酸铁、硝酸钡和蔗糖为原料,通过蔗糖水解、氧化并与金属离子络合形成羧酸盐类前驱体.借助DTA/TG、FT-IR及XRD谱等手段研究了前驱体热解过程与产物相形成.研究表明,热处理该前驱体得到单相六角钡铁氧体(M-BaFe12O19).研究了多种合成条件对产物相组成的影响,发现初始Fe/Ba离子比为11.5的前驱体在1100℃经2小时热处理后可得六角片状、粒度为300-400nm的单相钡铁氧体超细粉末.
