初步研究了掺杂金属离子对水热法制备α-Fe2O3纳米粒子的影响.当前驱物pH=3,掺Zn2+、Ni2+、Co2+、Cu2+离子时,产物形貌为菱形;掺Cr3+时产物形貌为椭球形;掺Al3+时,产物形貌及粒径大小基本不变.另外还考察了前驱物pH值及水热方式的影响,并用XRD、FT-IR、TEM等手段对产物进行了表征.
