采用等温处理法对半固态Sn-15wt.%Pb合金电导率与等温温度、等温时间之间的关系,以及电导率与其微观组织结构之间的关系进行了研究.结果表明:在等温热处理过程中,等温温度为193℃等温时间为60分钟时,其电导率σ约为0.5204×104(Ω-1m-1),合金微观组织处于相对最佳状态.因此,加工时可以将半固态Sn-15wt.%Pb合金的导电率σ控制在0.5204 × 104(Ω-1m-1)左右,以获得半固态Sn-15wt.%Pb合金良好的微观组织结构.
