采用液相外延方法在GGG基片上生长了YBilG/YbIG双层薄膜复合材料.XRD、SEM测试表明,薄膜定向生长明显,结构单一:法拉第旋角测试分析表明,与单层YBiIG薄膜相比,该双膜复合材料具有较小的法拉第温度系数.这意味着利用法拉第温度系数相反的两种稀土铁石榴薄膜复合后产生的补偿效应,可以得到温度系数稳定、应用前景良好的磁光薄膜材料.
