对有害界面化学反应的控制,是当前SiC颗粒增强Al基复合材料研究中的主要问题之一.本文对近年来国内外研究工作者,通过添加Si元素及对SiC颗粒进行表面处理来控制SiC/Al之间有害界面反应的研究进展进行了评述.
