本文介绍了一种新型的秸秆处理方法,即将秸秆与聚氯乙烯复合制备替代木材使用的秸秆/塑料复合材料。主要从秸秆含量、处理剂含量对复合材料的力学性能和成型加工性能的影响,以及复合材料的形态等方面进行了研究。

A novel disposal technique for wheat straw was developed by compounding the straw with poly(vinyl chloride) for the purpose of developing a new material which has the potential to substitute for natural wood. Effects of straw content and interfacial treatment agent on the mechanical properties, processability and the morphology of the composite were extensively studied. Results showed that tensile strength, flexural strength and notched impact strength decreased a little, increasing the straw content from 0 to 60wt`, and that the interfacial active agent caused effective compatibility between the straw and the plastic matrix. Through scanning electron microscope (SEM) observation, the straw in the composite with an appropriate concentration of interfacial treatment agent was well-distributed, while for the composite without interfacial treatment agent, a straw coalescence phenomenon appeared.
