高级检索

非金属夹杂物往往是钢材表面和内部缺陷的成因.但是,当夹杂物的分布适当和颗粒小到一定尺寸时,就能对钢的性能有利.本文研究了氧化物在凝固过程中的析出,采用定向凝固工艺,精确控制了凝固速率,研究了钛、锰、硅及硅-锰复合元素的加入以及冷却速率对夹杂物析出的影响规律.
