在通常条件下多次加工CaCO3填充的丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物(ABS)复合材料,用傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)和凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)研究ABS的降解情况,并测试了材料的冲击和拉伸性能.结果表明在多次加工中CaCO3含量低于10%时,ABS的橡胶相降解明显,复合材料的冲击性能明显下降;而CaCO3含量高于15%时,ABS的橡胶相降解不明显,复合材料的冲击性能基本不变.
