制备出一种新型的由苯并噁嗪、环氧树脂和碳纳米管(MWNT)组成的复合材料.对MWNT进行了表面改性,降低了苯并噁嗪和环氧树脂固化的温度,增强了MWNT与苯并噁嗪/环氧树脂基体间的结合力.对该复合体系进行了分步固化的研究.动态力学分析与热重分析表明由于MWNT的加入使得复合材料的储能模量和耐热性增加.通过断面扫描用SEM观察了MWNT在复合材料中的分散情况.
