采用溶胶凝胶法(Sol-gel)在石英衬底上制备了锆钛酸钡(BZT)薄膜.通过差热分析仪(DTA),确定了BZT薄膜的热处理工艺.用分光光度计测试了BZT薄膜的透射谱,结果表明,在可见光及近红外区域,BZT薄膜具有较高的透过率.采用"包络法"计算了BZT薄膜的光学常数,结果表明,波长从370 nm增加到1100nm时,BZT薄膜的折射率为1.75-1.93,薄膜厚度为268 nm,BZT薄膜的光学带隙为4.2 eV.
