综述了近年来膨胀型阻燃剂的合成研究进展,并对膨胀型阻燃剂在挠性覆铜板中的应用前景进行了展望.膨胀型阻燃剂集酸源、碳源、气源于一体,具有独特的阻燃机理,即使低的添加量也可达到良好的阻燃效果,具有热稳定性和耐候性好、低烟、低毒等特点,是无卤阻燃技术领域的一个重要发展方向.
