研究了变频电机定子用绝缘绞线对在方波脉冲下的局部放电行为.对不同频率及不同电压上升时间下局部放电的放电次数、平均放电量及放电的相位分布进行了研究和分析.结果表明,随频率的升高及电压上升时间的缩短,累积空间电荷形成的反向电场增强,局部放电行为加剧,从而导致绝缘的老化更为严重;随频率的升高,初始电子延迟会使单个周期内放电次数减少,而相同时间间隔内局部放电次数会有所增加;在不同电压上升时间下,放电次数的增加量不与电压上升率的变化成正比,而取决于单次放电时间td.
