以偶氮二异丁腈作引发剂,N-(1-萘基)马来酰亚胺和苯乙烯为原料,采用溶液聚合法合成了N-(1-萘基)马来酰亚胺/苯乙烯共聚物,分析了原料配比、不同溶剂、引发剂用量、反应时间等工艺条件对聚合反应体系的影响.采用傅立叶红外FT-IR、热失重分析法(TG)等对聚合物的结构和性质进行了表征.结果表明,随着共聚物中N-(1-萘基)马来酰亚胺含量的增加,共聚物的耐热性也获得提高.
