高级检索

微波辐射与常规加热方法相比,具有快速、产率高、能源损耗少,产物性能好等优点,因此微波辐射在聚合物制备,特别是聚合物乳胶微粒制备中的应用越来越广泛.综述和分析了微波作用原理、微波反应设备的发展状况,研究了近年来微波辐射在乳胶微粒制备中的应用.微波辐射用于胶乳微粒的制备,不仅能缩短反应时间,提高能源利用率,而且制得的乳胶微粒的性能比常规加热法的更优异.
