本文采用动态力学分析研究了填料表面状态对复合材料动态力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,填料表面状态对复合材料的动态力学性能影响很大。填料表面的偶联剂处理显著增强了复合材料中两相间的相互作用,并使复合材料的力学损耗峰值(tanβcmax)明显降低,峰半宽(ΔW)变宽,玻璃化转变表观活化能(ΔE)增大。

Effect of surface state of filler on dynamic mechanical properties of composites was investigated with dynamic mechanical analysis.Experimental results show that effect of surface state of filler on dynamic mechanical properties of composites is very great.The treatment of the filler surfaces with coupling agent can greatly enhance the interaction of two phases of composites,and the mechanical loss peak value (tanβmax) of composites reduces obviously,the width of half a peak value (ΔW) becomes wide,the apparent activation energy of glass transition (ΔE) of composites increases.
